Franchise Opportunity
Bring The Sonography Studio to your community.
Redefining women's wellness with a life-stage approach that supports women from motherhood to menopause, and beyond. We are the #1 provider in the US & Canada for EmpowerRF vaginal rejuvenation & pelvic floor treatments, and we are just getting started.

Why This Brand
A category of one.
Women are investing in their health across every life stage, and most still have to piece that care together from providers who were never built for them. The Sonography Studio is the boutique studio that meets her at every stage, so she comes back for years, not once.
A category with built-in repeat demand
Expecting families return 3 to 5+ times per pregnancy, then convert into recurring women's wellness clients for years. One relationship, many chapters.
Founder-led, purpose-driven brand
Founded by Lily Frank, APRN-CNM, the #1 US/Canada provider for EmpowerRF (Flower Facelift™) treatments. You are joining a brand with a face, a story, and a mission.
Flexible, boutique footprint
Launch in a salon suite within 120 days to build revenue and a client base while your brick-and-mortar studio is in progress. Start lean, grow beautifully.
No medical background needed
Our Medical Director / MSA model handles clinical compliance, so you can focus on running the business, not earning a medical degree.
Turnkey marketing & tech systems
Brand-supported marketing materials, a proprietary CRM with lead nurturing and automations, Mangomint for booking and billing, and a team that knows how to fill a studio.
Ongoing support
Comprehensive initial training, an Operations Manual, and direct access to our founder and support team, from your first conversation through grand opening and beyond.
The Model
Simple, lean, and built to scale.
2 to 3
employees per studio
1,500 to 2,200
square feet, about 1,800 typical
4 rooms
treatment rooms in a full studio
Full time
you on site, unless we approve a manager
Most partners run the studio themselves, full time. If you want to lead from above, we can approve a full-time studio manager in writing. Either way, our team supports you from signing through grand opening, and every day after.
The Work
You run the business. Clinicians deliver the care.
You handle scheduling, billing, the team, and the room. An approved medical practice supervises and performs clinical care under a management services agreement. Where state law allows you to provide the services yourself, you can ask us to waive that agreement. No medical degree is required to own. Studios offer elective prenatal ultrasound, early gender determination, Flower Facelift and pelvic floor care, IV therapy, and hormone optimization, with the option to add on more.

What we look for in a candidate
Net worth
$1,000,000
Liquidity
$250,000
These are the standards we use when we meet a candidate. They are not a figure from the Franchise Disclosure Document.
These figures are the FY2025 average of 2 affiliate-owned studios that were open a full year. A third affiliate studio was left out because it had not been open a full year. There were no franchised outlets in that period. The table is unaudited. Payroll covers two employees and does not include owner salary. Royalties and the brand fund are estimated, because the affiliate studios do not pay them. A franchisee's results will differ. Written substantiation is available on request. This page is not an offer of a franchise. An offer is made only through the Franchise Disclosure Document, issued July 6, 2026, which you must receive at least 14 days before you sign a binding agreement or pay us.
Territory
A protected territory, sized for the women you will serve.
You receive one protected territory, mapped after your site is approved, with at least 75,000 women age 18 or older who live or work around the studio. While you are in good standing, no other dedicated Sonography Studio opens in that territory. There is no sales quota to keep it.
Training
Prepared before you open, and after.
About 10 hours of virtual pre-opening work covers real estate, construction, hiring, unit economics, and systems. Then you train in the classroom and on the job in Panama City. Vendor training for InMode, PRP, and ultrasound happens at your own studio. Instructor cost for the included trainees is in the franchise fee. Travel is not.
After you open, you have phone and video access, approved marketing, supplier lists, and studio inspections. Lily Frank and Holly Pasma-Burke, our Brand President and franchise co-founder, lead training.
Where We Are
An early franchise, built on studios that are already open.
Affiliate studios grew from 1 to 3 from 2023 to 2025: Iowa, then South Dakota, then Florida. As of December 31, 2025, franchise agreements were signed but not yet open in Nebraska, Michigan, and Iowa, and four franchised openings were projected for the next fiscal year. No franchised outlet had transferred, closed, or been terminated. No litigation or bankruptcy is disclosed. The Sonography Studio and Flower Facelift are registered marks.
Is This You?
Made for people who lead with heart.
Our ideal partners are passionate about helping women. No medical background required. Many bring sales and management experience, the ability to lead a team, and strong business acumen. Husband-and-wife teams, medical providers ready to own, and business owners paired with a strong clinical lead all thrive here.
If you light up at the idea of creating a beautiful space where women feel heard, unhurried, and cared for at every stage of life, we should talk. You bring the heart for your community; we bring the brand, the systems, and the support.
